What happens if I don't pay my invoice on time?

As a registered user, with an existing Linde account, any order online will be added to your account, in accordance with your payment terms. If you do not pay your bills on time, it may affect your ability to order or receive products from us and possibly your credit rating.
Therefore, it is very important, that if you are unable to pay for any reason, you need to contact Customer Services on 1-800-796-3800 to discuss the matter.


How do I sign up for eBilling?

Contact our customer service via phone number 1-833-796-3800 or eMail and provide your name and customer number together with the e-mail address that you would like e-invoice to be sent to.


Why do I need to pay rental on cylinders?

Rental charges cover the maintenance and replenishment of our cylinder stocks, helping us to ensure you are supplied with cylinders that are safe, reliable and fit the purpose of containing gas.
We test our cylinders regularly and replace those that have reached the end of serviceable life with new stock, and we continue to invest in development of different cylinder types to meet your supply needs.


What are the terms of payment?

Invoices must be paid according to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and any agreed payment terms between Linde Canada Inc. and you the customer.
You can find your payment terms in the Account Balance & Statements section of MyAccount.


How can I download a copy of my invoice?

Click on to the My Account icon in the upper right hand part of the screen.
Select the View and Pay Invoices tab and search for your invoice by either the invoice number or a general search. In the column called Related Documents, click on the link "Show documents".
Here you will find your invoice copy as well as any other related document like Proof of Delivery & Picking Ticket. Just click on the Download link to download a copy of the document.
