Gas Cylinders

All cylinders ordered from the Linde Thailand eShop are shipped from Linde Thailand’s plants (located at Bangpoo, Wellgrow, Sumutsakorn, Bowin and Rayong), via Linde Thailand’s delivery service. Linde Thailand eShop customers are able to view their order status by clicking on the “My Account” page on the eShop.

If cylinder orders are received by 4pm online on a working day (Monday -Saturday), Linde Thailand will make delivery by next working day for Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samutprakarn, Samutsakorn, Samutsongkram, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, and Rayong except Amphoe Klaeng).

Orders placed on Sundays and Public holidays will be processed on the next working day.  Orders placed on Saturdays will be delivered on the following Monday with the above conditions applied. 

Please ensure you have provided a physical address upon checkout to avoid delays to your shipment, as we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Products shall be delivered within a 15 metre radius from the truck/drop-off point and delivery will be made on ground floor only. 

New customers (Cash Account & Credit Account) – First delivery to a new customer will include site survey and be made on receipt of a deposit for cylinder.

Gas Equipment

Delivery Customers

Delivery Customers – Linde Thailand offers gas equipment delivery as per the lead times stated below, provided orders are received online before 4pm on a working day (Monday – Saturday).

  • Location within Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samutprakarn: 3 days
  • Location outside Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samutprakarn: 5 days

Orders placed on Sundays and Public holidays will be processed on the next working day.  Saturday orders will be delivered on the following Monday with the above conditions applied.

Collect Customers

Ordered products are available for collection from Linde Thailand’s Wellgrow site on the next working day (i.e., Monday - Saturday) following order placement; provided the order is placed online before 4 pm.

Receipt of large, heavy and bulky goods

You may require a personal lifting device to offload some goods at your delivery site, such as a forklift. This is not included as part of Linde Thailand delivery service. For specific enquiries about delivery of large items or large quantities of items, including pallets of Wire, please contact Linde’s Customer Care Center by calling 1384 prior to your order to determine if you will need to supply lifting equipment at the delivery address.

However, under some conditions including, but not limited to geographic restrictions, political or social unrest, weather and atmospheric conditions, and other factors outside of our control, we may not be able to deliver within this timeframe.

Delivery – International Shipping

Linde Thailand does not offer international shipping for online sales to destinations outside of Thailand. For international sales please contact Linde within your local geography.
